MYL'S MISSION

Brand GUARDIAN is MYL's flagship editing service. The service is popular with multinational companies that place a high degree of importance on productivity and brand quality.

Each Brand GUARDIAN Client is assigned a dedicated editor who works on an editing queue in real-time, enabling staff to have documents edited within 1-2 hours, following strict brand guidelines.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE

Due to a large proportion of Shangri-La's properties being based across Asia, Shangri-La has a large percentage of employees that are not native-English speakers. Shangri-La was therefore seeking a solution that would help support their teams on the ground, ensure the accuracy of their English content, and could cater to a large number of employees across different properties globally.

SOLUTION

MYL's Brand GUARDIAN service provided a dedicated English editor who was fully trained with Shangri-La's brand and writing style guidelines.

The editor works with our online platform at mylGlobal.com, allowing users across 100 properties to access the editor in realtime, and maximise return on their investment. Sharing a single editor had the added benefit of ensuring consistency across the board, while still maintaining an average return time of two hours.
